I was in a horrible situtation with a lease that was almost up and I needed to purchase a new vehicle. My fiancé and I went to #1 Cochran interested in a 2012 Hyundai Accent after my old car was totaled. We talked with Corey and had all of our questions answered. The experience was so pleasant we came back the very next day to purchase a car that was on the lot in the color and type that we wanted. Corey was very knowledgeable, didn't pressure us to buy, and he truly made the whole buying experience very enjoyable. He was warm and friendly and we really had fun talking with him. The most important part for me was that he didn't at all "dumb things down" for me because I am a woman. I have had dealers in the past who have obviously assumed that I know nothing about cars, but Corey didn't give me this impression at all. He is very good at what he does. We also met Charlie, who also helped us with our purchase, and Heather in the finance department. We can't say enough about all the people we worked with! The facility at #1 Cochran was very impressive. The repair shop was quite a sight to behold, the showroom is immaculate, and everyone is very friendly. Thanks #1 Cochran, we love our new car! I just bought my first new car for myself. I was pretty sure what I wanted, and had test driven several other cars. I met Charlie, but didn't realize he was a sales person for quite some time (a compliment in my opinion), because he was so busy trying to help clear things up for the day. After a short time Charlie showed me to a clean and warmed up Elantra. I piled my whole family into it and let them climb around and see how it felt, and that it would hold all of us. I test drove the Elantra with Charlie and two kids in the back. I loved it. No hard sales pitch. I asked lots of questions and Charlie answered every one simply and straightforward. I picked up my new Elantra on Monday night and love it! More

Charlie worked for nearly one month to find a car for me and kept me informed the whole way. He was very helpful, worked out a very good deal for me and is a straight shooter. I picked up my new Sonata Limi and kept me informed the whole way. He was very helpful, worked out a very good deal for me and is a straight shooter.
