This is my second Hyundai Sonata I purchased at #1 Cochran. The reason I returned? Bruce Turner. When I purchased my first Sonata in 2006, I was so happy with the service Bruce provided, that I told Cochran. The reason I returned? Bruce Turner. When I purchased my first Sonata in 2006, I was so happy with the service Bruce provided, that I told him when I was ready to buy another car, I'd be back to see him. In April of 2011, I was ready to begin the process as my son was graduating from high school, and my husband and I wanted to get him a car. We decided that instead of buying him a used car that we knew nothing about, why not give him my 2007 Sonata which never gave me one day of worry, and I'd get a new 2012 Sonata. I went back up to #1 Cochran, and as I was going into the showroom, Bruce was stepping out, and he remembered me. I was very impressed and told Bruce I wanted him to sell me my next car, and he did. I'm a skeptc by nature, and generally don't believe much of anything a salesperson tells me, but I trust Bruce. More

Quite frankly there was nothing negative that we can think about that would lower her score. If the top could be (10), she would deserve it! Elain Corbin fits same description. Polite and when I was turned to Tracy, she showed when stepping back, she had confidence in Tracy. Finally, the person who handeled the details with 12 years, lining up our loan with Huntington, showed same curtious manners. Added to the above, I was shown where Service Dept is and was given a card for Jim Downs,(Hyundia Service & Parts Director) who was at a meeting.
