Probably the most pleasent experience I've had in buying cars in my 40 years of buying cars. There was no pressure to "buy now" as you get from most car dealers. Tracy Ranallo was straight forward and did not waste our time. She accomadated us at every turn. The dealership was very clean and welcoming.We never felt like we were being pressured into any sales. The overall experience was very positive and (most importantly) QUICK. I've purchased a new Hyundai in the past (not at Cochran) and the process took many hours and was draining. I was hesitant to begin the process again because my previous experience felt as if the dealership was deliberately dragging it out (again, NOT at Cochran). Don Dressler and Delana Wilhelm (sp?) were both considerate of my time. During the negotiation process, I made it clear that I don't like the "let me go talk to my manager" game. While I understand that this step is necessary to finalize sales, Don made sure this was brief and did not repeatedly do the "manager dance" and gave me his best price out of the gate. What is important I'm sure to all customers is that when they leave the dealership they feel as though they were treated fairly, and I certainly did. More
My daughter and I had a horrible experience with a lease at a local dealership (Day Chevrolet)and were going to go down there and see what our options were. As we pulled out of the street I suggested that w at a local dealership (Day Chevrolet)and were going to go down there and see what our options were. As we pulled out of the street I suggested that we ride out to Cochran first. I had purchased a car there years before and was pleased with them. We got to Cochran and started to look for someone who could answer some questions for us. (We had no idea of what we wanted, or what we could afford at this time.) Along came Charlie to see if he could help us. He had no idea of what he was getting into. He was extremely helpful,and patient as my daughter looked at cars, colors, interiors, not at all pushy like the typical car salesman. We did take a car on test drive and she loved it. We went inside and he consulted Heather Champion to work with us and get the financing done. As it turned out after a few hours that was not the car we could comfortably afford. So we started all over. We were there for the entire day, dragging this man through the same thing again, and hassling Heather to work numbers. We left on Saturday night frazzled as to what we should do. Monday morning came and I got several calls from Heather, who was still working with Charlie to get us the best fit. We returned after work and was there again for a few hours, picking and chosing & test driving and when we finally left the lot my daughter was a proud and very happy owner of a Hyundia Elantra that she could afford and we were thrilled with. We could not have been treated better. Thanks again to both of you for your help. More

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. In mny areas of the marketplace, the sales force don't tend to be very attentive to senior citizens. However, Bruce, along with those was involved with our car purc the marketplace, the sales force don't tend to be very attentive to senior citizens. However, Bruce, along with those was involved with our car purchase was very patient with us. He was also very knowledgable the vehicle we purchased. Not once did we ever feel "pressured" about the decisions we made. This has been the most pleasant experience we have had since my husband and I have been purchasing vehicles. I stopped by #1 Cochran Hyundai with my daughter with the purpose of just looking over the Elantras and to see what colors and options we liked. We were greeted by Tracey, and she was immediately very frien purpose of just looking over the Elantras and to see what colors and options we liked. We were greeted by Tracey, and she was immediately very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Never did she make us feel pressured, rather she let the car sell itself. She invited us for a test drive, and that pretty much sealed the deal. Prior to my visis, I had received internet pricing from another dealer that I had contacted through a warehouse club. Tracey and her manager were able to beat the great deal I thought I had! Furthermore, I had pre-arranged with my local bank for a super low rate loan. As it turned out, Delana was able to get me a loan that beat my local bank's rate! Overall, an excellent buying experience. More
I had a great experience at #1 Cochran. Tracy was my sales person and she answered all of my questions and she went above & beyond helping me with my needs. She called me to let me know that I qualified sales person and she answered all of my questions and she went above & beyond helping me with my needs. She called me to let me know that I qualified for a lower monthly rate and a lower APR, even after I made the decision to buy. I left something in my trade in, and she quickly mailed it to me. She even called my insurance company to upgrade me to full coverage for my new vehicle while I was filling out paperwork (even though it needed to be done before I left the lot). I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. More
