He kept in contact with me as they addressed a few minor cosmetic issues and when everything was taken care of, he drove back down to finalize the paperwork and deliver the car in person. We were in the market for a new vehicle. We owned a honda element and were looking to get into a car with a lower payment. It fit our needs much better. If it were not for Gary informing us about the civic, we would have probably purchased the wrong car for our needs. Took the 2010 for a test drive, and really liked it. John C. was very nice and helpful, they made us a good trade and with the financing at 0.9% there was no way we could pass it up. We went out with no intentions of buying a car that day, let alone a new one, and had wanted to look elsewhere also. But felt there was no way we could get a better deal or service. We also are familiar somewhat with Thomas Team Honda as we purchased our last car at the dealership while it was still Team Chevrelot and always have good service when we take that car in .
