I feel that I got a fair price and that the service was good. There was a misprint problem with my drivers licence and they caught the mistake and helped me to correct it with the DMV. We were searching for a Jeep for several weeks & has alot of trouble getting dealerships call us back. Gary was an awesome salesman. He not only promptly called us back within 15 mins, but he also was i alot of trouble getting dealerships call us back. Gary was an awesome salesman. I find dealing with Thomas Honda to be a relaxed,comfortable and friendly approach to the oftimes tedious and pressure filled event that purchasing a new vehicle has become. We have now made two purchases from Thomas and our daughter actually did the sales work for them by raving on the quality of the "Honda" vehicles and the sales and service experiences she had with Thomas. The entire "Thomas Team" works to put you at ease and make buying a vehicle a pleasurable event. Honda makes a fine vehicle and Thomas Honda does a great job representing them. More

Everything started out okay when I found a used car advertised by dealership on Kelly Blue Book. The price was good and the pictures of the car looked great. It was a newer Audi that was traded in on a advertised by dealership on Kelly Blue Book. The price was good and the pictures of the car looked great. It was a newer Audi that was traded in on a new Honda (according to General Mgr). I didn't jump at car since I live 2 hours away, and asked for details on car, including a CarFax. I asked if the car was every in an accident and was told they didn't know, but would check on it and they knew the owner and spoke "glowingly" about the previous owner as if she took velvet glove care of the car. In addition, the GM spoke about his dealership as though it truly valued its customers and honesty. Well, this is a lesson of caveat emptor... everything sounded great on the phone and the pictures on the internet looked great as well... and then, I actually drove to the dealership to view the car. Right away I noticed dents and scratch marks all over the vehicle; one of the scratches ran from the rear door past the gas lid. The front bumper was covered with road rash so bad that you were hard pressed to find a single smooth surface. The wheels were all scuffed, and then I took a look at the rear. It didn't take me much time to figure out this car was in an accident, since I could tell the rear bumper was repainted and the paint was cracking. As if this wasn't enough, the trunk had evidence of Bondo work that was painted over and the whole thing was a poor job that certainly did not befit a luxury vehicle, let alone a 4 year old Audi. The sales person did give me a copy of the CarFax (but only after I was at the dealership) and it confirmed there was at least one reported accident. I couldn't believe, given my reluctance to drive out that far, this stuff wasn't mentioned to me. Now that I was there, I was still willing to buy the car... the interior was in great condition, and the vehicle ran well, but it needed professional body work and repainting and that meant I needed some money knocked off the price. Once I met the sales manager John Cycyk, I quickly learned that "customer service" wasn't part of vocabulary. I only spent a few minutes talking to this guy (that was about all I could take before I walked away), but every second I talked to him was a waste of time. He was rude and arrogant and told me that he didn't like what I said about the car. Although, funny thing is that he never denied that anything I said was untrue. He never even offered to reduce the price one penny. So, to sum up... if you live nearby, then feel free to take a chance on the dealership if you see something you like at the price marked. On the other hand, if you're hoping to negotiate or if you live far away, then think twice before taking the drive and demand a vehicle history report (such as a Car Fax) and demand additional close-up pictures of the vehicle. More

I tried several vehicles before I came across the 2004 Honda Pilot I decided to buy. For being a used vehicle, this SUV is in tip-top shape. They provided us a decent price, great customer service, and an overall A+ Business. I would defintiely reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the Johnstown, PA area. More
