Keep coming back for more! So, back in January 2013, I purchased a new CRV. We actually just stopped in to look at a CRV and after talking with Sean we took it for a test drive. So, back in January 2013, I purchased a new CRV. We actually just stopped in to look at a CRV and after talking with Sean we took it for a test drive. I fell in love with the car and staff stayed past closing so I could leave with my new car!!! We had two trade ins and they were very fair with the trade in value. Service was fantastic everytime I took my car in for routine maintenance. In August 2014 I was hit head on and my CRV was totaled, but it saved my life, no question about it. So, after getting out of the hospital we we only had a rental for two weeks so getting a car was a priority but I was home bound. We worked with Sean through phone and email; he was able to get the CRV I wanted in the color I wanted! They actually had to have it brought in from State College, Pa. When all the paperwork was ready we went down to sign all the paperwork and they made sure it was as quick and comfortable as possible for me, which was greatly appreciated!! Everytime we have the car there Sean checks in and remembers to ask about my injuries and recovery! I had amazing experiences from the beginning but that shows me that the staff care more about their customer than just making a sale and moving on! Sales and service, hands down best car buying experience I have ever had! When we need a new car, I will definitely be back for another!! More

Excellent experience with Thomas Team Honda I first contacted the dealership through internet sales a few months ago. Lindsay Shaffer was very prompt to respond to my needs. After visiting a few dealers locally, I decided to visit Thomas Team Honda for my Pilot evaluation. I was welcomed by Lindsay, Shawn, Jamie and the valuing process of my vehicle by John. Nancy and I decided on a dark cherry pearl for the new 2016 Pilot and Thomas Team Honda found the Pilot for us. We are 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership, so all the prep work was done via phone/ text/ e-mail with Lindsay coordinating those efforts. The final paperwork at the dealership was painless as Jamie had everything ready including a great rate for financing.
