We have been shopping for a used truck for the last week and talked to a number of dealers. Ken was the salesperson we worked with at Day Ford. He was very nice and one of the better salespeople we've encountered. However, when it came time to discuss trade-in value and pricing, the manager Peter Flaherty got involved. He is one of the rudest people we have ever dealt with. While putting together a price package, he made a $2000 math error, which he refused to acknowledge. When we pointed it out to him, he got very defensive and told us that we needed to do our research on our trade-in value and that he would work with us after we did more work on our part. We will not be returning to Day Ford. More
When my husband and I went in, we were not exactly sure what we wanted to do. We ultimately ended up leasing a car. When Nick came out and introduced himself, we hit it off immediately. He was friendly and honest and between him and Eddie we feel like we got a great deal. There wasn't any kind of high pressure sales, just great people who were honestly enthusiastic about what they were selling. The entire team really went out of their way to help us with everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and we will definitely go back to Day Ford for any of our future needs and a big thank you to Nick and Eddie for answering all our questions and treating us with respect and kindness. First three visits for service had accumulated five complaints. Worse of these was that vehicle was demaged during service, and then repair was substandard. Dealer was uncooperative. To Ford's credit, they did ensure satisfactory repair. But the ordeal stretched over several months and was very frustrating. After these experiences learned through circle of friends that others had similar experience and very poor opinion of dealer. (Might have been real helpful if other had shared their experience sooner.) More

They both went to great lengths to get me the car I wanted. I ended up with a 2011 ford edge and couldnt be happier! Never had a bad experience with this dealership. They see you walk in and right away the salesman is there to greet you whomever sold you the car/truck. More
I visited to purchase a specific vehicle. I was pleased with the condition of the vehicle and satisfied with the price. After owning the vehicle, the brakes began to squeal hideously, to the point of not with the condition of the vehicle and satisfied with the price. After owning the vehicle, the brakes began to squeal hideously, to the point of not wanting to drive the car. This was a certified pre-owned vehicle. I did some research on the car and discovered that these vehicles had a known problem addressed by a technical service bulletin. This means the vehicle was safe to operate but that a quality or driveability issue existed and this TSB was a way to address it. Anyhow, the brakes on the vehicle were replaced at a cost of more than $500. The dealer at first refused to acknowldge a problem then, when confronted with the TSB, admitted there was some noise but that I would have to pay for all the work. I was very disappointed, especially since the dealer refused to warranty the work and, in fact, stated they couldn't even guarantee the work would solve the problem. Overall, this was a very diappointing experience and I think exemplifies the wrong way to treat customers and not stand behind a vehicle that's represented and sold as a top-of-the-line, premium used vehicle. I will strongly recommend against a purchase from this or any other day dealer as well as any Ford vehicle. More
Bought a New Fusion. They were excellant and I would come back. I read some of the old reviews and thought I would email them first and that worked out great.
