I found out about the dealership through Cars.com. Sean was so great to work with. I was really nervous and stressed about buying my first car under a time crunch, as well as getting jerked around because was so great to work with. He was funny, helpful, and I felt he was being honest with me which I really appreciated. All the horror stories I've heard from other women about their experience buying a car were nowhere to be seen. Rarely have we gone home with a new vehicle with the feeling that we were treated fairly and had made a good deal. This experience at Day Ford was truely a pleasure. The salesman, Sean Sperber, was very informative, knowledgealble about the products, and polite. He sold us a car the same day we went to the dealership,even though we had no intension of making a purchase until we had shopped around and test drove other brands. I would recommend him to friends and relatives. We had to return to the dealership to be "shooled " on the sync programs on the Tauras we bought. A gentleman named Newton Da Silva took a lot of time to expain the systems and make sure all the programs worked and were downloaded properly. he went through everthing with us , making sure we understood the entire process. He trained our phones into the program and checked the proper operation af all. He was very thorough and polite. Upon leaving, my wife said this was the best car buying experience she has had. The service department did some things to the car that I had pointed out to Sean, that i felt needed attention when looking at the car. Even though it is a preowned car, most of the items were taken care of. Thank you for a good buying experience, James John More
