I called the dealership and Shawn is no longer with the dealership. He is the one who replied to my review. After several non-answered calls to the service center, I tried the Parts Department and I was to be connected to Kim Cardone. I let the phone ring for about 2 minutes and there was no answer. This just all seals the deal as to why I would never go to Ford of Montoeville to buy a vehicle. Lastly, as it turned out, my battery was bad in the Traverse, therefore, I had to shell out $112 for a new battery and next week, it will be more money for the properly sized tires. What a joke.
