Frustrated and aggravated. Not a happy camper I need more than 25 words. I brought my Transit Connect in for inspection and a recall. I was told the item were ordered and they were not. I also needed a shock and they were going to order it when I brought it back for the recall. They had my van from Monday at 6;30pm until Wed at 11:30 am. I was told there was a "mix up" and was never told what that was. Thankfully they had a rental for me because of the "mix up" the first time. I have never been so frustrated with a dealer in my life. I will probably never go back. My experience was not Quick, Easy or Fun as their ad says. More

Bad sales experience Was referred to the dealer by an online loan company. They would not disclose any information without me coming into the dealership. Took the hour and 15 minute drive to the dealer to have them look at my trade. The receptionist was very rude. She wasn't doing anything when I walked in but looking down at her desk. She finally looked up after about 30 or more seconds and didn't say anything. Told her I was here to meet Jory. She sighed and picked up the phone and attempted to page him. After the second attempt was successful she immediately went back to whatever she was doing. No small talk, welcome, offer of a beverage or seat. Jory came out and we shook hands while he looked the other way. Went to his desk to talk then reviewed my situation. He then proceeded to take the keys to my trade in to the used car manager to evaluate it. The offer they came back with was rediculously low. Trying to make a 7k profit off my trade and asking me to put at least 6k down. After a few minutes back and forth I just asked for my keys back and left. No he wait or anything. Won't be going back here or recommending them at all More
