He made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed, and did not make us feel like just another customer to tally off. I had my two boys with me, one 18months and the other 6 months. My toddler was being a bit of a handful and he offered to help with him so I could make the needed calls to obtain insurance. He helped us regain confidence in our purchase after we were hesitant due to insurance costs for myself. He also made sure to help me learn the features of my car so I could utilize the full capability of it. I could go on and on for all he helped us with today, but Ill leave it with this; Ill be going back and asking for his team and him for any future purchases! Very dissappointed in the customer service This is the fourth car we have bought from the dealer (Day Ford). We bought the car on 3/5/17 it is a used F150 with only 22000 mi. We called to set This is the fourth car we have bought from the dealer (Day Ford). We bought the car on 3/5/17 it is a used F150 with only 22000 mi. We called to set up a service appointment for the airbag sensor that won't go off. My husband asked if it was covered under warranty, we were told yes. After dropping the car off for service I received a call saying that I will be getting charged 109.95 an hour to hook it up for diagnostics. I asked why I had to pay for that and I was told sorry I was out of warranty. The truck also came with a cap, this was supposed to be a great add on. It is leaking, so we can only imagine what they will be charging us for that! I had a warranty when the appointment was made. Now they are telling us it is 1 day out of warranty. Please don't ever buy a car from them again. I also just found out that there was a recall on the airbags and airbag sensor. Buyer beware at a shady place like this. More
