Beyond lengthy wait for a diagnosis Car wouldn't start and had it towed to Day Ford for diagnosis on a Friday morning and was told it would be diagnosed on Monday. Monday came and went a Car wouldn't start and had it towed to Day Ford for diagnosis on a Friday morning and was told it would be diagnosed on Monday. Monday came and went and I heard nothing. I called Tuesday morning and was told they had too many appointments and it wouldnt be looked at until Wednesday at 12. Called at 12:30 Wednesday and it still was not looked at! Spoke with the service manager who offered to cover the cost of a rental but then a few hours later I was informed my vehicle was serviced and ready to go. Service employees Ted, Jamie and Albert were extremely pleasant and helpful, which made the experience a heck of alot easier to be patient, however I won't be returning for service, not even an oil change which normally is a 2.5 hour wait. More

Our salmon is a keeper We walked in to look at a car that we seen on line. Mind you is was a used car not new. We were planning on going to Nissan after that to look at a car but decided then and there this was the place to buy our car and to look forward to a great future with this Ford Team. Cant speak highly enough of the service we received with Eric Jones and hopefully with other team members for future visits. Please ask for Eric when you go there. Great Guy!!And he served our country proudly as a US Marine!! More

Good people, Rotten Car Multiple visits for coolant leaks I think the people especially Shawn are great. We have multiple cars from this dealership, an escape, a truck and a used jeep. I do not blame the dealership, I blame Ford for a substandard car and now it is the lowest rate car for safety. If I could afford it I would get rid of this care right now.
