Too Long Leased a 2018 Ecosport, no spare tire, but has spray filler for a flat. Hit a pot hole, filler doesn’t work, had to tow. Didn’t get my car back until Thursday afternoon. Had to wait for Ford to provide specs for alignment of the Ecosport model. I think it took way to long. More

Frustrated Service should be this challenging. Needed 4 items worked on. Left truck all day. 3 of 4 items completed. But needed additional work. Scheduled an Service should be this challenging. Needed 4 items worked on. Left truck all day. 3 of 4 items completed. But needed additional work. Scheduled another appointment. The service advisor did NOT account for the item that was not done on the first visit. He only wanted to do the scheduled item. Also one of the 3 completed items had an issue. Was told I would have to schedule another appointment. I was so frustrated that I had to walk away. Service advisor mentioned rental car arrangement and said he would call me. Its been 7 days no call. Terrible customer experience. No call from management either, More

Once in, it was discovered that an inspection and new registration were needed. This car was purchased from the show room floor in July 2017. Shuttle driver was prompt and courteous. Why wasn't this car sold with a one year inspection and registration???? Service dept was fine, but after purchasing a brand new tire and getting a new inspection, it would have been appreciated to pick up the car with a fresh wash, which most other dealers do automatically. More

Above average experience!! Brought car in for service (state inspection). Appt. was at 4:00pm and car was taken back right away.
