Great Sales Staff, Great Deal Great service through Eric and the team at Day. A couple of other dealerships with which we worked were commission-hawks - their sales staff liked talking to customers interested in the new, high-end models and were quick to bail on us). Since we have a modest income and 3 kids in college, we had to consider lease and pre-owned as well. This did not put Eric off at all, he just worked harder and eventually found us a great deal. We are considering buying another car there in fact, and we will recommend it to our friends and family. Today I no longer drive a rusted my 15 year-old white mini-van, I am cruising in my brand new Ford Escape - I feel as though I am driving a high-ed model.
