Service department poor communication. Did not fix issue next day engine light on again. 2 times less than 10k miles same issue still not fixed. I can't even begin to describe my disappointment with Ford of Monroeville. I was having transmission issues, took my van in, they had it for a month without communicating with me about what was wrong wit Ford of Monroeville. After leaving the parking lot I can tell that something was off, so it had two new issues with it instantly. I took it back 3 weeks later and they have had it now for over a month, no one has called to communicate with me. I just called and they said they're waiting on my warranty to be accepted, I called the warranty place and it has been accepted for over 3 weeks. So now I haven't had a vehicle for 2 months out of the year. I am self-employed electrician who is dependent to get my ladders materials from point A to point b. BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP IS SEVERELY UNETHICAL If I could give this dealership zero starts I would. I am not one to write reviews but this has to be said. I should have heeded the prior negative advice left on yelp but I made the mistake and took a chance. First of all financing dept is an absolute nightmare/mess I was told by my sales rep I was working with if I put $500 down on a car as a DEPOSIT it would ensure the car would be ready for pick up on the date that was agreed upon between the dealership and I (i live 4 hours away). The day before at 4:30pm I had contacted the same sales rep to ensure the sale was ready to go and I could pick it up the next day he stated everything was ready to go so I headed to the bank to get cash. An hour later I received a call from the used car manager Dave Stewart and was informed the car had been sold AFTER my deposit was placed and was assured it would be ready for pick up. This is the most unethical act of business that I have quite ever experienced. I highly recommend that no one EVER does business with this dealership, go to a more reputable and reliable company. They were severely unorganized through the entire process and extremely unprofessional. In the end I am fortunate it happened this way and didn't buy a car from this place- because of how sketchy it was to begin with. I would certainly not be surprised if they covered up damage or history of a car just to make a sale given their ridiculously unethical way of business. They are also KNOWN for bad experiences when it comes to actually servicing the vehicles they sell, just read the reviews... If you want to purchase a used vehicle here STAY AWAY!! More
Took my car in for inspection,oil change,and a free alignment because of a previous long wait for last oil change. During alignment they broke something and had to wait 2 months to get my car back. There was no communication from them during this 2 months. I was given a loaner but didn’t know what was taking so long. Made many calls and was given a lot of excuses. Finally did get car back. It was filthy and they made no attempt to compensate me for not having my car for 2 months. Very disappointed in this dealership. Been a ford owner over 50 years but never again More
Ford of Monroeville is the worst dealership by far! ! When your looking to purchase a vehicle you yet all this attention once the deal is done buyer beware on one is available. They have had my car since December 26,2022 to repair my sunroof, we finally was able to get our car back on Saturday, Jan 15 after we had to pay a $214.00 dollar deductible which I feel should have been waived for our inconvenience. We had to return the our car on Monday, January 16 the work to the sunroof was incomplete and damage was also done to the vehicle. The dealership informed us that they had to keep our vehicle and my husband was told there was no loaners available until a young caucasian came in and they informed him that they have a loaner available!! My husband finally got a loaner and it was filthy!!! My experience with Ford of Monroeville has been a total nightmare!! More
Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life. I called for TWO straight hours with not a single person answering the phone. How is that even possible? I even tried another dep with in my life. I called for TWO straight hours with not a single person answering the phone. How is that even possible? I even tried another department (sales) to ask if it is was possible to get someone from service on the phone and was hung up on. This is beyond unacceptable. I would be fired from my job if I did this. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Best part - they scratched my car after doing service on it. I honestly thought I was being punked. If you are short-staffed call in more people or put someone from another department on the phones - management should be able to field calls. Customers in-person are no different then a person calling on the phone about their vehicle. I will never, ever, ever bring my car here again for service or purchase another vehicle from this establishment. If this is how your treat your customers, I would rather spend my money in a more reputable dealership. More
