Bought my truck out of state and was looking for a local dealership to do warranty work and maintenance. It is important to me to deal with a Ford dealership that has that hometown feel, values my business dealership to do warranty work and maintenance. Cochran Ford Butler County knocked it out of the park. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient and they performed the warranty work as promised. Thankfully, I found my go to dealership to keep my Ford truck running like new for many years to come. More

It took them 3 days to even show up for my valet appointment. The repetitive excuse was, “We don’t know what happened. We’re sorry. Let’s reschedule.” Finally on the third day, I get a call from Bob appointment. The repetitive excuse was, “We don’t know what happened. We’re sorry. Let’s reschedule.” Finally on the third day, I get a call from Bobby that my car passed inspection. When I get in the car later, there is no inspection sticker. I drove over there only to find out I actually failed. They price gouged me entirely. For a set of front brakes and rotors they asked $700+ and for a single fog light they asked for $400+. I will never give them a single penny or return there and I will encourage nobody in my life to do so either. More
