VERY customer oriented. I did not have current copies of my registration or insurance verification. No problem; the guy at the desk said they would take care of it, just go I did not have current copies of my registration or insurance verification. No problem; the guy at the desk said they would take care of it, just go to the waiting room and get some coffee while they did the required maintenance. He came in a couple of times to update me. They are the best! More

I already responded on Friday. In case you didn’t see it, here you go: On a satisfaction scale of 1-5...I was satisfied, UNTIL I looked up the cost of the fuel vapor assembly In case you didn’t see it, here you go: On a satisfaction scale of 1-5...I was satisfied, UNTIL I looked up the cost of the fuel vapor assembly you put on. Using Ford's on line parts purchase website, the cost of this assembly is $147.84, at retail. (I'm confident that the wholesale cost would be even less than that) Your itemized cost on my invoice was $290.40, essentially double the cost from Ford Motor Co parts site. Now I am wondering about jacked up costs on other parts, so I looked at the TPMS sensor. The Ford parts site listed the retail price of $52.89. Again, wholesale cost should be less. Your invoice shows a parts cost of $ 110.38. In addition to this, your charge of $185 to review the check engine code is exorbitant. I had it checked at Advance Auto Parts, for free. I even gave you the code that they found. Frankly, I will be looking elsewhere, when I can, for service. So overall on a scale of 1-5, I give you a minus 17! More
