They forgot to pick up my car at work for service the first day. When I tried calling to see what the reasoning was, no one would ever answer the phone. I also had to call to remind them on the day that first day. When I tried calling to see what the reasoning was, no one would ever answer the phone. I also had to call to remind them on the day that they did work on my car that I was done working at 2, but my car still had not been returned. The reason I took my car was to have it inspected and have a recall preformed on it. They were unable to perform the duties on the recall because they had no updated software to preform the work. They did take the money owed for the inspection sticker off the price. When I was able to actually talk to someone, they were very polite. More
