Dropped off the truck that only had 18k miles on and no cold air / A/C. Was told it was fine and the a/c worked. I had a guy stop to pick up and a/c still was not working. Left the truck over night and was told it would be rdy by noon. I called at 2pm when the guys were finishing up and no answers because the only time we can reach them is if we stop. So I had the guys stop at 330 and was told it would be 430 or 5. So I sent the guys home to only get a phone call finally 20 minutes later that the truck was done. So I had to get another guy to come over and pick it up. More
