When we decided to purchase a new car, we went to Kenny Ross for the most part because we know Ed Casciato. We were treated very well from the time we walked into the dealership. What means alot to me is the fact that they were not only knowledgeable but they used our name when they talked to us. Not only Ed, but also Wally Wickline. Wally was super friendly and really did all he could do to help us make our decision to purchase our car. So after talking with Ed and Wally, we felt our decision to buy from Kenny Ross was a good one. I would certainly recommend Kenny Ross, not only for the selection of cars, but mostly because their salespeople were right there to help you. They were very, very friendly, treated you like you were very important and certainly knew their stuff. We purchased our new car and we will tell our family and friends that if they are looking to buy a car, to go to Kenny Ross and see Ed and Wally, and like us, they will be glad they did. More
My husband and I had car shopped for two days and had a good idea what our trade-in was worth. We walked into Kenny Ross and were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Ed C. We told Ed what we wanted and he stated he had one Chevy Cruze left. Go figure, it was the color I wanted. Our traded was valued at less than what we had expected and were ready to leave. Bill Hart, one of the sales managers did not want to loose our business and offered us exactly what we wanted on our trade-in plus the Kenny Ross lifetime warranty. Needless to say that everyone was happy!! I even got an Aunt Penny bobble head!!! When our car was ready for delivery, Ed C. walked my husband and I through how to operate the radio etc. Before we left the lot, Ed C. had Bill Hart came out to our new Ice Blue Chevy Cruze and gave us the a send off like we were family!!!! Now I know why my father, Robert Stroup, purchased a Buick Century here years ago(rest in peace). Thank you again for one of the best car buying experiences to date!!!! Karen Thein More
This was the 1st dealer to reach out to me a week after i filed for bankruptcy. I wasn't ready to purchase a car then, but here i am a year after i filed, ready for a new car...i was so afraid that with my f filed for bankruptcy. I wasn't ready to purchase a car then, but here i am a year after i filed, ready for a new car...i was so afraid that with my filing i would only qualify for a used older car...I'd have to compromise on what i really wanted in options(sunroof,leather..etc), that i would need a co-signer, and that leasing would never be an option...to my surprise & with Rob & Diane's help, I was able to LEASE a brand new 2011 LOADED Buick Regal!It has more options than i could have ever dreamed! I'm still in shock! Their Fresh Start Program really works! I would highly recommend this Kenny Ross location & Rob Clay! When i 1st spoke to him and told him how nervous i was because of my situation, he was very understanding, & he assured me that he would be able to help me find the right car! This is one salesman who doesn't give you the run around, & will work hard finding the car that's right for you too! Rob is a salesman who is true to his word! More

I was looking for a truck to replacing my ageing ’97 F-150. I went to Kenny Ross Chevrolet North because I saw some adds for pickups on autotrader.com which looked like good candidates. When I arrived at the dealership I met with Pat Rodgers. He is new to the dealership, having moved over from another local dealer a couple weeks earlier. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the trucks I was interested in and suggesting some others that might meet my needs. After we looked at a few I decided on an ’08 F-150 (one of the internet trucks I originally came to see. Unfortunately we could not come to terms on price. When I was getting ready to leave he told me that the president of the dealership had arrived and maybe he could help. We met with Jim DeFilippo and he offered some price concession but it still was more than I was willing to pay for that truck. Jim then told me that a transporter had just arrived with a couple additional trucks and asked if I might like to look at them. They had just received an ’08 Silverado 1500 which met all of my requirements. They were able to provide this truck as a GM certified used vehicle. We were able to come to an agreement on price in about 10 minutes and I purchased that truck. Total time was about 2½ hours which I think is pretty good for walking in and buying a vehicle. I returned to sign the papers and take delivery of the truck two days later (they had to clean/inspect/service the truck prior to delivery for the GM certified program). Everything went smooth until I was doing the final walk around and noticed that the truck did not have an emissions sticker (required in Allegheny County Pennsylvania). This inspection was on the service order but was overlooked. I had to wander around the dealership for an additional 40 minutes while they ran the emission test and put the certification sticker on the truck. Overall my experience with Kenny Ross was very good. I got a great truck at a fair price and was treated wonderfully by the sales staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or late model vehicle. More

Mr. Philips showed me the cars I was interested in and then gave me a detailed and clear list of the costs, rebates, and incentives. Based on my online research and quotes, the price was excellent. Josh took us to the service department to introduce us to our car care team and he gave us a thorough explanation and hands on demonstration of all the features of the car including how to use On Star, satellite XM radio and Bluetooth. I looked at MANY dealerships including various GM Dealers, Toyota, Honda, Mazda and my dealings with Josh Philips at Kenny Ross was clearly the easiest. Josh didn't play games with me like the typic Dealers, Toyota, Honda, Mazda and my dealings with Josh Philips at Kenny Ross was clearly the easiest. Josh didn't play games with me like the typical dealer salesmam. I respect the fact that they have to make a profit on the car and Josh clearly respected me and didn't try to rip me off. The games typical dealers/salesmen play with numbers(MSRP, Invoice and trade in value) is a complete turnoff, but I honestly didn't feel that way about Josh and Kenny Ross. If all dealers would come to you with a "decent deal" from the start, like Josh at Kenny Ross, instead of the one sided insulting offers they typically start with, the car buying experience would be much more enjoyable. The only negative I have in regards to Josh and Kenny Ross is that Josh seemed to have multiple deals working at one time, which made it difficult for him to get back to me fairly quickly when negotiating. I feel that once a phone or in person relationship is established, the use of e-mail would help speed up the negotiating process. I don't exactly know if this could be considered a negative because it probably speaks volumes about Josh since he has so many deals going on at one time. Josh clearly is a good salesman, who must sell a TON of cars. I would have no problem sending family and friends to Kenny Ross and work with Josh. More
