Our family is new to the Pittsburgh area and a new car was necessary to easily navigate the hills, twists and turns of our new home. We found Kenny Ross online after an unpleasant experience at another local Chevy dealer. The website had an extensive inventory, and we decided to drive north to visit the dealership to view specific vehicles described on the website. We worked primarily with Josh Philips, who promptly brought the cars to the front for us to look at and test drive. We haven't owned a Chevy before, and were surprised by the features available on the cars we test drove. Josh was friendly, answered our questions, and described the models we viewed expertly. The sales experience was the best I've ever had (4th car purchase), as the focus was on the vehicles, features, and what we wanted - not pushing a particular model or presuring us to buy and buy now. The process didn't take as long as anticipated, and we left with the car the same day. Josh even stayed late to walk through all the features (OnStar, XM, Bluetooth) before leaving the dealership - and reminded us to call if there are any questions or concerns. We highly recommend Josh and the Kenny Ross dealership in Zelienople to family, friends and co-workers and would be happy to return in the future. More

Sales consultant Robert Clay took great care of us throughout the visit and I know both my wife & I feel good about the vehicle we purchased. From finding the right van, to working "the deal", and all the way thru the finance process, I couldn't be happier with how we were treated by eveyone involved. I'm 58 years old and have bought many - and I do mean many - new vehicles over the years. This was by far the most pleasant, most hassle free transaction I've ever had! And I sincerely mean it! Not only was the deal good without having to badger one another back and forth to begin with, Bill did every thing he could to find incentives for me - without my asking - even after the sale was made and the order taken! My Silverado qualified for the GM cash back program for $2,000 - which I was happy to have received - but Bill took it upon himself to search all available programs and found a regional marketing incentive for an additional $1,500 that I never anticipated nor would have even known to ask for!! Since this was a trade and cash transaction the additional incentive was huge for me!! I'm VERY impressed with Bill and Pete and Kenny Ross Chevrolet North and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. More
