I recently purchased my 2nd Chevy Suburban from Kenny Ross North. The first was purchased in 2005 and I felt that I got a very good deal. I could not have been treated any better. At that time, it was probably the best car-buying experience that I had in close to 30 years. But being the skeptic that I was, I felt maybe that was some sort of fluke or just a stroke of good luck. When I was having some service work done on my 2005 Suburban, my wife suggested that I should see if they had any good deals on a new one. I didn't feel that a brand new one would fit my budget so I began looking at their used inventory and found several that appeared to be reasonably priced. I took my wife back a few days later and found their inventory to be down by several of the used Suburbans. But we found a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Suburban and began the negotiation process. It took roughly 5 minutes until they made me a deal that I could not turn down! Then they beat the financing that I was considering with my own company! Of course, I decided to add on the extended warranty as well as rust proofing, etc. I just got it back today and they did a wonderful job! So far, this has been another fantastic experience buying a car, even though it was a "used" one. As good as my first experience was with Kenny Ross, my latest far exceeded my expectations as well as my wife's. Needless to say, we are now very loyal Kenny Ross customers! As soon as my kids are all out of the nest, we will be back to purchase a toy! Just hope they still make Corvettes when that time comes! Keep up the great work, Kenny!
