In only moments after walking through the door my family & I felt welcome and at ease by the staff. After explaining exactly what it was I needed, why I needed it and how much I was willing to spend we were assured that all of our needs & concerns would be considered and addressed. It didn't take long before a vehicle was found that had everything I was looking for. I was given a very fair price on my trade-in and in the end, the sales team exceeded my expectations with a no pressure, pleasant and very family friendly environment. I do want to mention that I have 2 children who ask more questions than I do and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and pacify them through what can be a tough few hours for kids. I was looking for a 2011 Buick Regal with a specific list of features and was delighted to find a listing for what seemed to be the perfect car, just a few miles from work and home. I drove over after work t of features and was delighted to find a listing for what seemed to be the perfect car, just a few miles from work and home. I drove over after work to give it a quick look and "kick the tires". Tom came out of the showroom and introduced himself. I told him some of the specifics that I was looking for and he told me they had one particular car that he thought my wife and I would like. He walked me to it and was not at all the stereotypical, pushy salesperson that are all too common in the auto business. Tom then sat in the passenger seat while I drove the car and answered all of my questions thoroughly and accurately. It turned out to be what appears to be the exact car I was looking for. When I asked Tom if he could "crunch some numbers", everything seemed to fall into place. Tom was actually to be off the next day, but he offered to come in if I wanted to bring my wife to see the car. I told him the following day would be fine and he had everything ready without any waiting. I can't say enough about how well prepared Tom was to handle the deal from start to finish. Kenny Ross overall provided what seems to be the perfect vehicle, a customized list of extended coverage options, a nice price for the entire package and instant financing at a good rate. When we were finished with the business end of the sale, Tom walked me around the dealership, introducing me to service department techs and anyone else he thought I should know. Over the years I have had pleasant and not-so-pleasant car buying experiences, but this has been by far the best one ever. Sometime early in 2011, my husband went to Kenny Ross to "look" at cars. We always have our cars serviced there and have always found them to be honest and fair (at least we think so! He called home and had "found" another car he wanted. He buys cars like I buy shoes! I told him "no" - he had 4 at home! A few weeks later, Josh Phillips called to see when he could expect to sell William a car. I told him "not yet", but I'd keep him in mind. He called back in the fall and once again,I told him "not yet". He promised to call again in the spring. However, the car my son drove (a 2000 Chrysler 300 with 172,000 miles on it had started to bleed him with several small/med. problems, the latest being brakes. So, suddenly, it was "time to car shop". Off went Hubby on his day off to "look" again, but as he had done before, he "found" something! So, my son and I went off to see the "find", which turned out to be a 2012 Sonic AND a 2012 Cruze. After much talk and deliberation over cost and color, Josh Phillips, ever helpful and never pushing, drew up papers to a very nice gold Cruze and Sweet William drove home happy.
