I scoped out the choices on the web for two months prior to finding this dealer. My experience with Keith at Kenny Ross was better than any other car dealer experience that I've ever had. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" a car. All I needed to do is call or go on line to register to see the amount I quailify to use to purchace a new or used vehicle.I thought about just throwing it in the trash,like usually do.But I am glad it used it.I set up a appointment with Keith McQuiston, A special Finance Associate. I went with my husband and we both thought it would be a waste of time.We both thought we would not come home with a sharp car with all the bells and whistles in it.We where greeted at the door by a very friendly sales rep. He took us to meet Keith and he was very kind and made us both feel great! I told what I was looking to buy and I told him It was Patricks Day.And hope he could do his magic to get us a something that we could ride the grandkids to the ball field this year. He assured me that was his job. he did as he said and we left very happy!We where very surprised to see how fast we got out of there.only a few hours in and out the door. I have been at other car dealers and you could almost need a pillow and sleeping bag!
