I own a chevy cavalier, and once it got over the 130,000 miles point I knew I had to get another car. Having had that bad of an experience at another car dealership, I did my homework, made all the necessary appointments, and went into this major purchase ready for battle(even though my dad told me that Kenny Ross was nothing like that, and that he bought cars from them). I did not expect what I got when I walked into Kenny Ross. Josh was amazing, not only did he email me information to help with my decision prior to my appointment to test drive a car, but he walked me through the process, helped me get a good price on my trade, and got me out of there with the car that I dreamed of. And Jason(the associate that did the paperwork) crunched numbers and did all he could to get me a reasonable payment within my budget.
