Wonderful Experience I called Sweeney and was randomly connected to a salesman. I knew exactly what I wanted and I didn’t want someone that would talk me into something el I called Sweeney and was randomly connected to a salesman. I knew exactly what I wanted and I didn’t want someone that would talk me into something else. I was lucky enough to get connected to Mitch that day. He took down my information and specifications of what I wanted. Within a few hours he had run the numbers to get my payment where it needed to be and had found me the EXACT car that I wanted ( I needed a roof rack, captain chairs, and either silver, white, or black). Mitch never tried to upsell, or change my mind. He just went to work to get me my new Traverse. I have already recommended Mitch to a friend. Mitch answered the phone by chance, but next time I am in the market for a new car, Mitch will be my first choice! More

Terrible Sales Staff I called about a vehicle they said they had it (no problems they said they actually had a couple) I went there the next day we drove 1.5 hrs to the de I called about a vehicle they said they had it (no problems they said they actually had a couple) I went there the next day we drove 1.5 hrs to the dealership and after another 1.5 hrs of the run around making me sit while the salesman kept going back to his manager to make a deal after my repeated comment to him that if I didn't physically see the car I was not signing anything or making any deals until I see this car, he finally comes back to bring me papers on the financing of this car which again I told him nothing is happening until I see this car - He finally says to me we don't have it!!!!! They wasted my whole day for nothing - what LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then the salesman actually has the guts to say that the lady I talked to the day before didn't know what she was talking about??? I don't think any of them do.. More
