Lies to get you in the door I went to this dealership 2/2/2019 based on an add on cars.com. Told the sales guy I had my financing and wanted to work on the price of the car and I went to this dealership 2/2/2019 based on an add on cars.com. Told the sales guy I had my financing and wanted to work on the price of the car and have them fax the buyers orders. He comes back with a price almost exactly what the MSRP was on the window. I showed him the add online and was told that was all the rebates combined and I’d never qualify for all of it. They shouldn’t have advertised it if they can sell it for that. I told him no, stood up, grabbed my jacket to leave and he came back with a price $3,000 less. It was still too high so we left. About 10 miles down the road he calls back to offer another $2,000 less. We were already gone and I wasn’t going back. I was pissed. Why couldn’t he have just given me that price when I was there? I would have bought! To be clear, I don’t feel this was the fault of the saleman. He was extremely friendly and courteous. I blame the salesmanager who wants to play games with everyone who walks in the door. It was essentially a cash sale out the door they lost out on. When someone comes in wearing a Chevy Truck hat driving another expensive Chevy and says I need your final price and I’ll buy, you shouldn’t treat them like some college punk who thinks he can afford anything. Instead we walked and I’ll try to buy from someone else this week. My recommendation is DO NOT SHOP HERE. More

I was reviewing cargurus for a good lightly used GMC Sierra 1500. I reviewed a perfect listing at Sweeneys GMC. I drove to Sweeneys mid morning and had the great good fortune to have Tim Harlin as my sales consultant. We talked about my needs and of course trucks. Tim retrieved the Sierra and we went on a nice drive. Tim covered this truck as we drove about. Very helpful but not overwhelming it was great. Why didn't I bye in NH? A 2017 extended cab is hard to find, plenty of crew cabs, not for me prefer the larger bed size. The dealer I bought my 2011 Sierra did not show me they were interested in my business on my visit or calls. Hey the internet is here and it brought me to Sweeneys!!!!! On pickup day Tim made the process simple easy and fun. Dave the money man who completed the transaction was terrific to work with, made the cash transaction simple and enjoyable.
