No longer skeptical I have always been skeptical of car salesmen in the past, but not since I met Rick Layman. My husband and I spent the entire morning and afternoon 'bo I have always been skeptical of car salesmen in the past, but not since I met Rick Layman. My husband and I spent the entire morning and afternoon 'bonding' with Rick as he so tirelessly answered each and every question. He crunched numbers on several different new models and presented numbers with my trade and without. He was very patient even when I changed my mind (several times). When I initially came in with my husband, my attitude was, "I'm not going to trade in my car, I just want to see if there is actually a good deal out there like they advertise". However, he got to know me, my husband, our situation, and he made us an offer we couldn't refuse. I am now driving a beautiful brand new car with lots of technology and extras and couldn't be happier. Thanks Rick for being so patient, you are a real professional! Oh, and a shout out to my buddy Parker (who is so tech savvy, smart and very personable) for walking me through all of the details of all that technology. I know who I am going to call if I have a question! The entire Sweeney staff has made our experience very enjoyable and we feel confident that we are in good hands. Purchased a Kia Soul~~ Vera was extremely friendly, professional and not pushy in the least. We walked in there already knowing that we had wanted the kia soul to begin with Vera was extremely friendly, professional and not pushy in the least. Vera was able to answer all of our questions and if she didn't know something "off hand" she excused herself and returned promptly with the answers!! I personally liked the fact that she was moreso "down to earth" and not a regular type car salesman stereotype that is just there to "make a profit" so to speak! She truly cares about her customers and if they are sure that they want that particular model of car. In fact, while we were purchasing ours, she was also assisting a elderly gentleman who was test driving cars, coming from a larger type automobile. She wanted him to completely be satisfied with his purchase, due to his physical limitations and if he would indeed be "comfortable" in the car that he was test driving~~ observing her and her interactions with this gentleman scored big points in my rating! She truly cared about his comfort~~. We actually ended up spending 2 different days with Vera in total, (not because of issues with her or the dealership as a whole) and both days she truly devoted 110% of attention and time to resolve our purchase and send us back down the road in my kia soul~~I will be back in probally 2 years to trade this in and purchase another hoping to deal with Vera again~~ More

Rick was cordial, informative, and extremely helpfull in explaining the various features of my C7 Corvette. Trust me, this vehicle is extremely complex. Rick made himself available should I have any questions in the future.. Which I did. He answered my question both via email and telephone. He told us what he thought was best and we went long with it. With Mark Malaska he did a wonderful job getting me a good payment and interest rate with the bank. My companion also purchased a new car a couple days later. Again with David and with Jim Wilson who was another financial consultant who talked to the bank to get a reasonable payment and low interest rate. I had be back and forth to different car lots and did not get the consideration I did at the car lot. I highly recommend this car lot and the 3 gentleman in here. Thanks a lot for all the hard work you gentleman did to have me and my companion driving the cars we extremely liked. More
