From the time we walked through the door to the showroom we were impressed with the facility, everyone that we had contact with was really friendly. We knew we wanted an Equinox when we got there and Debbie was very helpful in finding just the right one. In fact she had to go out in the backlot and dig the one we wanted out of the snow and bring it up front so we could see and drive it. We didn't take it home that day as the weather was too bad, We came back a few days later and had our orientation with a very nice young man who showed us all the great features of the Equinox and how to use them It will take a little while but we'll figure everything out. i hope the service when we need it will be as good as the sales team.
