She explained every step of the process, made me feel very comfortable with the process, and as it turned out, I opted for the process and leased my first vehicle. The representative stated about 90% of all people get approved for a car. I made an appointment for the that day. I went in with my husband we were greeted immediately. Our saleman was Bill Bross, he was great. He gave us updates on my loan application and when it was approved we looked for cars. He was not pushy and put us both at ease. This was my first purchase of a new car. We both loved Sweeny and will see them for our next purchase. More
