He knew the car business, and he knew just what I needed at this point in my life (as far as transportation) There were a few hurdles (all on my part) we had to cross, and he held my hand with patience for the entire jump (process). The price was right. The car is beautiful I will never go to another place for a car and will refer everyone I know. On top of that, your finance person was great! Joe Pinciaro Jr. was patient and explained everything clear and encouraged me to call if I had any additional questions. For lack of a better word this is an excellent dealership! I was referred to this dealership by my parents when they found out I was looking for a new used car assuming with no credit I would need to start out I was referred to this dealership by my parents when they found out I was looking for a new used car assuming with no credit I would need to start out with a preowned vehicle until I established credit. When I get there I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Tina. Right away she made us feel comfortable and not pressured ( which I was not expecting after my experience with a couple dealers prior). We got the necessary information she needed and after a wait in the lounge I was told I needed a cosigner. So I continued my search the next day figuring that was a final answer. Little did I know they kept working to get me into a vehicle. After receiving a phone call from Tina I found myself back at the dealership. A couple hours later I was driving off the lot in a 2016 Chevy. They went above and way beyond for me. I would give them 20 stars if I could?? More
