Very nice experience being at #1 Cochran. Time went so fast waiting for my car. I couldn’t believe I was there for so many hours, but they really did a very good job. I have no complaints at Time went so fast waiting for my car. I couldn’t believe I was there for so many hours, but they really did a very good job. I have no complaints at all. The staff was very informative. They showed my husband and I are short video of our car and the problem so there was no doubt in our minds that they took care of everything. More

Always have a good experience at this dealership. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I like being able to just pull in and get my oil changed without an appointment. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I like being able to just pull in and get my oil changed without an appointment. More
The communication for the repairs on my truck were unsatisfactory. I had to call to find out what was going on with it at least once a week. Left messages without a call back at times. I have purchased from and utilized #1 Cochran services off and on over the years because I have always been very pleased with them and their customer service. Sadly, our current situation is a train wreck off and on over the years because I have always been very pleased with them and their customer service. Sadly, our current situation is a train wreck. We had our truck in for service. True to form, they offered to take it early, as we were going on vacation and said they would try to squeeze it in while we were out of town, which was wonderful. Once they were actually able to look at it, they sent the video. I loved this, as it gives you the opportunity to see what they are telling you is wrong. We had them fix what was immediately wrong, as well as most of the maintenance things they recommended. We picked up the vehicle, paid the bill and went home. Later that afternoon, my husband leaves for work and by the time he pulls into the gate, the temperature light comes on. Mistakes happen, you deal with it. I was frustrated, but I never got loud or disrespectful, but I was frustrated. We just paid almost 2000.00 into having the truck fixed and we were back to square one with a different issue (that is, most likely, due to one of the maintenance issues they addressed.) Again, I will reiterate. Stuff happens, but it becomes about how it is handled. I merely wanted it remedied and, while the rep remained pleasant enough, it was obvious I was becoming "one of those" customers. He told me he needed to talk with his manager (who wasn't available because he was either at lunch or in the warehouse, or both. I'm still a little unclear about that) and said he would have an answer by the end of the day. I called back an hour or two later because it was a Friday and getting later in the afternoon and the truck was stranded. I got a call back stating they were submitting the request to the towing company and the next step was we had to wait for the towing company to contact us. They would call "when they were on their way or close." I am foregoing the details that I needed them to understand in order to get the truck picked up. That's where we were left on Friday afternoon. Because we had not gotten that call, I called the dealership the following afternoon, about 24 hrs from the first phone call to them about the truck overheating. Individuals from another department attempted to help us because no one would answer the phone in the service department. The last exchange, I was told that either the second person I talked to or the service manager would call me back. No one called me back that time and the truck was still stranded. Now, two days later, our truck is still stranded. I have no vehicle, as my husband needed it to get to work. I guess the one thing is, at least he made it to the parking lot and it's not stranded along the 4-lane highway, which is most of his commute. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated at this juncture. If there is an issue and you are telling someone "we will get this resolved," then follow through and get it resolved. More
