I dropped my car off to have service done on it for the first time. On Monday afternoon I was told that they wanted to keep the car overnight to recreate the problem. The next day in the afternoon I was t first time. On Monday afternoon I was told that they wanted to keep the car overnight to recreate the problem. The next day in the afternoon I was told they could not recreate it and he had his service person take it home that night and drove 60 miles and it would not do it. First I was not advised that my car was going home for someones personal use and 60 miles put on my car is rediculus. Then when I picked up my car the steering wheel was moved and the radio was turned on and station was checked. The garbage from the service was left on my floor in the car also. This is unaccetable and for the first time I go to service this happens. NOT GOOD! More

I contacted Justin Taylor after a friend recommended him. I called and explained to him exactly what I wanted and expected. Justin worked with me on everything and both my husband and I are very pleased. I called and explained to him exactly what I wanted and expected. I took my buick at 8am time scheduled..they took me in 15 minutes earlier which was great!! they asked many questions before the repair which told me they wanted to do the job with excellence!! Vince was helpful but I needed to prove there was an issue with my Yukon. I had to return my Yukon a second time when the weather was cold so the problem could be identified. I made my service appointment online for a windshield washer that stopped working. I checked the box to have a service advisor call me. Don called me back and he told me it would be about $100 for the re washer that stopped working. I checked the box to have a service advisor call me. After I dropped my car off, another person in the service department called me and told mt the cost would be $229, more than double what I was originally told. When I questioned why It was more than I was told by Don, he said there was a "diagnostic charge" of $89. That was the 1st time I was told of this charge. When I began to question this charge, this person said I could leave my car until the next day until Don returned to work. When I told him that I can't do that, he said he would have his manager call me then he hung up on me. I tried calling back to speak with the service manager but had a hard time reaching him, at one point speaking to someone at a totally different location. When I finally reached the service manager, he reluctantly agreed to waive the "diagnostic charge", and the charge ended up being about $100. I guess I learned bigger is not better. I will never go back. More

I never felt pressured, which is important as a single woman going car shopping alone. Jason helped secure financing with a preferable lender, saving me money as a result. I actually went to the Pre-Auction Lot #1 in Robinson. I bought a pre-owned Chevy Tracker. Though it was not from their Buick GMC lot, when I encountered mechanical trouble with the Chevy, I received SUPERB service and a rapid response. I will never forget the remarkable level of customer service given and I would recommend any of #1 Cochran's locations to my friends. More
