This has been my worst experience ever. Vehicle arrived to the shop on 3/10. Parts were on back order with no updates. No one ever answers the phone or calls back. When they do call back th Vehicle arrived to the shop on 3/10. Parts were on back order with no updates. No one ever answers the phone or calls back. When they do call back they tell you to stand by your phone as your vehicle is almost finished and they will call. Never received a call. Person who told me my vehicle was ready knew he made a mistake, never followed up then called off two days and still no follow up. Received another call from manager that it would be ready and again that was pushed back and never updated me on what was happening. When i finally got my car back after 38 days they told me one of the reasons it was delayed was because it needed to be washed. Pretty sure they washed it with dust because it was not cleaned. They put a plastic floor mat down after they already placed several grease stain foot prints. It’s not even worth brining it back as I can see this taking another 90 days to correct/return. From the lack of communication and professionalism I will never go back or recommend More

We chose our vehicle after looking online and finding the one we wanted. We contacted Cochran Buick who got us in touch with salesman Tom Ley. We made a deal over the phone and went in to pick up our vehicl one we wanted. We contacted Cochran Buick who got us in touch with salesman Tom Ley. We made a deal over the phone and went in to pick up our vehicle. Tom was very helpful in securing the vehicle and helping with financing as well as getting acquainted with it. There is an ongoing issue with the vehicle and Tom has been very forthright in keeping us apprised of what is happening with the service. Overall, we are pleased with Tom‘s attentiveness, but not happy that the vehicle has been in the shop for 10 days. More

The tv show “the walking dead”, one of my favorite characters was TYRESE, was really peeved what they killed him off, anyways, its also the name of my favorite car salesman- TYRESE at cochran buick in characters was TYRESE, was really peeved what they killed him off, anyways, its also the name of my favorite car salesman- TYRESE at cochran buick in robinson twp. Over the last 35+ years, ive bought a bunch of cars, dealt with a bunch of sales people, They are usually all the same. 1st thing they wanna do is test drive. Its a brand new car, i know what its gonna drive like. Im always about the money. Lets talk deal and if numbers are right, ill buy it, if not i wont, test drive isnt going to make a difference. Not on a brand new car. Used, yes, not new ones. Most argue with me, ive even left a few places because they wouldnt budge. Well yesterday i did the same thing at COCHRAN BUICK, to my surprise, TYRESE, my sales guy, correction, my FAVORITE sales guy, was like “ great sounds good”. Wait, what? Seriously? No argument about a test drive? Im a very busy person, i dont like to waste time. If the money doesnt make sense to me, i know what i can afford, im not buying it. So we go sit at his desk, within 10 minutes we have a deal. AWESOME!!!! No games, no gimmicks, none of the old “ i gotta go ask my manager” crap that we all know was complete xx. Nope, none of that old xx here, it was the best, easiest, fastest car buying experience i ever had. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new car- go to cochran buick in robinson twp and ask for my man TYRESE, he will treat you with absolute respect and dignity!!! 10 outa 10 buddy!!!! YOU ROCK!!! More
