What Others Say

I came to Alpha Armeno on a Saturday afternoon (July 30th) with the intention of purchasing a BMW I saw online, Now I do not have the best credit and after already being turned down and hearing No after NO, ALPHA ARMENO took a chance on me. I came in with proof of income and $1,000 and was instantly approved I was in SHOCK how could this be after all I've hearing was NO NO NO NO from these other places. I am glad I made the smart choice to purchase my car at AA and grateful that there is still businesses out there that truly care about their customers and actually DELIVER on their promises. Again .I will recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thank You Alpha Armeno I love my car!!!!!!!

I lost my truck I used for both personal and business in a fire and was scared of the process of buying a car! I went to Alpha Armeno almost expecting to get turned away because I don't have the strongest credit and my business is so new. I can't run my business without a vehicle, so I was just hoping and praying for a miracle! From the moment I walked in and met Danny G, he put me at ease assuring me that he would work as hard as he could to make sure I left with a vehicle that would be perfect for my business and be within our budget. Well let me say, not only did we get the car I had secretly dreamt of having, but he worked to make sure that it was well beneath what I said I could afford every month! I am so thankful for Danny and the team of people at Alpha Armeno! I know where I will be going next time I want to buy a new car! Thank you Danny!

Went in to find a replacement truck, and bought it here. Their SMOG cert was useless--took the vehicle to an independent station the next week and it failed because the system had been tampered with. Also, the truck had a non-CA-compliant catalytic converter, which they stated to me was legal. BTW-the ID numbers had been abraded off. An engine knock which didn't become apparent until the truck was driven a few miles and warmed up, yet the salesman would only let me drive it around the block. It was discovered on the way home. Overheating problems during rush hour traffic, even though they had REMOVED the thermostat (but failed to mention that to me prior to the purchase). They structure their warranties around known (to them) hidden defects. They do not provide requested previous ownership documentation. There was a host of minor issues with the truck which was not disclosed to me prior to the purchase. The mileage listed on their SMOG cert from over three months prior was more than the mileage on the bill of sale they provided at the purchase. Amazing that the mileage can decrease, the longer they hold the vehicle. They'll pretty much tell you whatever you want to hear-very accomplished used car salesmen-in order to separate you from your money. On my fifth or sixth trip back to hold them to the warranty and force them to do more repairs, they gave me my money back and asked me not to return. IMHO--when you look up the term "caveat emptor" in the dictionary, you should see the picture of their used car lot...

Found a vehicle that I was interested in on craigslist. It was a bit out of my way but i decided to check it out anyway. Good think I did because i ended up buying it a few days later after my mechanic was able to inspect it. Very happy with the service Sal provided.

Ripoff..don't come to this dealership, they only want ur money, the cars aren't running properly. They did not do what they said they were going to do.

I went in here on Christmas Eve. I had $1000 and just wanted to leave with a good running car. Sal the Pal...what a joke, he saw me coming!! He sold me a 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette Minivan with 180,000 miles with a thirty day warranty. He led me to believe that my insurance payment of $75 would be included in my car payment of $268.00. That the term of the loan would be 2 years. After day thirty I realized I made a big mistake. My front tires were bald with all four tires being a different brand and 2 of them being different sizes. The knobs on the heat and a/c were broken ogf from the beginning. Stupid me, i believed this "Sal" when he said the a/c worked good. Because in fact it didn't work at all. Anyway at the beginning of February I took a good look at the papers I signed. Everything that he had said when he rushed me into signing the papers was a lie. The end result would have been me paying $5000 and 3 years of insurance payments at $75 a month. What a joke! The blue book value is $2500 in excellent condition and it was far from that. The power steering fluid had a leak, the brake fluid had a leak, the brakes were bad. I had to replace the fuel filter cause the gas was leaking all over the place. So I got one payment behind and they came to repossess the car. All I can say to that is Thank God! Sal is definitely NOT your Pal.
