This is our third Subaru purchased at this dealership. Everyone, from salespeople to managers to finance to service, has always been super friendly and easy to deal with.
I have bought new cars from Porsche, Lexus, BMW, Toyota, and Honda. This was the 1st Subaru I bought and I was impressed with the Subaru experience at Morries in Minnetonka, MN. Everyone we were in contact with were friendly, respectful, reasonable, low-pressure, and solution orientated. What prompted the purchase of a Subaru (traded in a 2019 Honda CRV) was a series of chronic negative experiences at Luther Hopkins Honda especially their service department. My brand loyalty just switched from Honda to Subaru. Well done Morrie's Minnetona Subaru.
Salesperson was excellent. Finance rate was good. Waited 2 hours for finance manager when they knew I was coming to purchase the vehicle. Extended wait for finance manager was the only knock on the experience.
