My wife and I had a truly outstanding experience start to finish with Ashley. We traveled from out of state to pick up our XM. There was nothing transactional about this experience. She made us feel at home, picked us up from our hotel, and had a personalized gift from the local area for us. Who does this level of customer service in 2025? Very few people/companies left in this world that treat customers this way. Pricing was better than all the dealers in our area, but I'd travel 10 hours just for this service alone. I purchased my vehicle remotely and had it delivered. Mike Uniejewski was professional, helpful and great to work with on all aspects of this purchase. The vehicle was just what I was looking for, but there were multiple Jeep Gladiators for sale that would have worked as well. I purchased mine from BMW of Fort Wayne because the salesperson was truly trying to assist my purchase, not just sell me a car. The other individuals I worked with on paperwork and delivery, Zach and Kevin (Sorry I don't have last names) were very helpful as well.
