What Others Say

I visited AP's auto to look at a 2012 Nissan Altima that I saw online. I really liked the car unfortunately I needed to come back with my husband the next day. I pre-filled out a paper application pending submittal of it until my husband returned to see the car and sign the application for approval of running our credit. We returned to look at the car the next day and was approached by the same car sales man. My husband had pointed out another car I might like, and ask me if I wanted to test drive and I said yes. He proceeded to ask the car salesman if we could test drive this car and he told us no there was no point because we wouldn't qualify for that car. My husband and I immediately felt affended and shocked. How did he know what we could qualify for??? So we ask, he proceeded to tell us that he ran our credit and we needed to put a large down payment down and that we had to find a car under 10,000. He treated us horrible like we weren't worth his time. My husband looked at me and said let's go look at the dealership down the road Quebedeaux. So we did ended up finding a 2014 Nissan Altima beautiful car, our car sales man Scott went to work for us to get us approved with a low down payment. And he did it! He was amazing and really went to work for us. The funny thing is we ended up buying a 16,000 dollar car with no issues. So in all reality AP's Auto screwed themselves out of a sale. Very poor service, to much competion out there to be treated with such disrespect.
