Vince was great, no xx and very efficient. He knew what I was looking for and made the deal happen. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve bought many cars and I will tell you this was by far the best experience. Showed up at 10am, took the test drive and had a deal put together by 12:30, went and did some errands and picked up my new ride at 2:45. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Vince!!

One of my least favorite things to do is buy a new car but my salesman Shu Noory was one of the best I have worked with. He was helpful and patient in assisting me to find the appropriate car to meet my needs, no high pressure and multiple test drives. Knowledgeable about the different models. When a few glitches arose after delivery, as sometimes happen, he was right there, available, supportive and facilitated prompt response and resolution. The one thing that was not up to my expectations was the car cleaning upon delivery. There were both interior and exterior areas that were not up to par and seemed to have been hastily done, ie hard surfaces and screens dusty, smudges, grease spots, shipping protection not removed. That being said, I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and Shu.
Had a great experience. Emily DeFoe was very helpful at finding our perfect vehicle. Kailey Bombard also helped up learn more about our vehicles features.
We had a very nice experience working with EVERYONE that we met. Camren M. assisted us, Jerry who is new also was very friendly and helpful. Sondra did everything she could and MADE IT HAPPEN getting us some special extras on the way out and Kailey B was awesome sitting in the passenger seat and getting me set up to drive away. Happy to be part of another family!
