What Others Say

I bought a 2014 Ford F150 5.0l from them. All they could tell me that it had a cylinder misfire. So figuring that it's a misfire, easy fix right? Wrong!! Took it to a reputable mechanic that I trust and immediately told me it needs a new head considering the valves has holes in them. My mechanic sent them pics of it and this dealership pretty much told me to xxxx off!! When I signed paperwork, i agreed to a per cylinder misfire, not a new head. Their mechanics are incompetent and didn't even tell the dealer what was wrong!! I would definitely go somewhere else if looking for a used car! They say they love their customers, well apparently their money so they can scam and screw you over!!

Do not buy a car here I was ripped off from 30k at this place I brought them a nice trade in and got a lemon truck and paid 20 k cash

I recently bought a 2011 Chrysler 300 from Tucson used auto sales I was given a five hundred mile 7 day warranty all the while they had promised me everything was fixed on the vehicle when I first left the lot with the car the radio wouldn't work the left stabilizer bar in the front end had to be repaired they had dislodged a computer module under the dash which fell into the brake pedal every time the brake pedal is depressed and became lodged farther and farther down until the brakes seized up they had input the wrong spark plugs in the vehicle 5 days after I had the vehicle the motor needed to be rebuilt because a lifter was bad with a bent pushrod and scarred cam the repairman showed me I called them in regards to fixing the vehicle and handling the situation and their immediate response was take me to court sue me this company is very unprofessional they don't care about their customers once they get the sale completed I would not allow my worst enemy to go to Tucson used auto sales to buy anything not even a collar for a dog save your money if you're looking for a vehicle and go someplace else I strongly urge you do not go there
