Fair price, no negotiating. Undervalued my trade in. Other Dealership offered 2k more. Don’t trade in or sell your car to Carmax. Private sell and then go to Carmax.

carmax found the exact car i wanted at the price i wanted. the process was structured, but amazingly easy. i would buy again from carmax in a minute.
There was plenty of options to look at here. What impressed me most was that there was no options for the budget I had. They asked my desired payment I had in mind. Ounces in that number, and 17 options came up. Now I have a newer vehicle that I happy with. All the personnel I talked to were pretty cool also. Good place to check out.
Excellent experience, from start to finish. The only sad thing is that I did not get a better trade rate ( but car had problems).
