I've dealt with the dealership for a number of years. The dealership is responsive and helpful. This is an improvement from several years ago when I was leasing a new vehicle and had trouble getting anyone in sales to return my calls. I eventually got ahold of the sales manager (or assistant maybe) who was brusque and not welcoming. I'm glad that the recent experience was better.

I live in Glens Falls NY which is 3 1/2 hours north of Manhattan. I just bought my 3rd new vehicle from Mercedes of Manhattan. The reason is our sales person Caspar Yim. He used to work in the Albany area, when he moved to Manhattan we followed him there because of his impeccable service and knowledge. In all three purchases he brought the vehicles to our home in Glens Falls to test drive and when we decided to purchase he brought the new car to our doorstep , explained everything in detail , completed the transaction and in 2 of the purchases, drove our trade- in away. It couldn't have been easier. He also gave us a great deal on each purchase . I would highly recommend Caspar and Mercedes of Manhattan to anyone in the Tri-State area .

This was the absolute most pleasurable seamless and flawless experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. I can’t say enough about Mercedes of Manhattan. Everything about my experience at MB Manhattan was 5-star. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The showroom is beautiful and immaculately maintained. Most importantly Greg was so helpful in deciding upon my next vehicle and what made the most sense for my needs. His experience was obvious and he made the process not only painless but pleasurable. He also goes out of his way to accommodate the customer in every possible way, no matter how many questions one might have. I love my new car and will recommend Greg to all my friends.

First of all, the dealership is clean, well maintained and beautiful. They offer coffee for customers. Their maintainable team headed by Adam is courteous. Above all, Greg, sales rep. Is so smart and responsive! We bought a new car replacing only 3 year old car (that was also sold by Greg then) just because he was such an amazing sales.
