Stay away from these scammers !! They have a "you drive off, you own" policy...less than 3 days after getting the car, antilock brake system stopped working and traction needed work. I called and got zero help. They sold me an unsafe car, attorneys love this. Less than a month after buying it, and before I can even make a payment it keeps over heating, blown head gasket...$5000-6000. they act like they're giving you a 3 month warranty, but only up to 500.00. So now I have a worthless car, bought from an even more worthless typical used car salesman. B.S. and lies about it being a "certified used car". If you buy anything from these thieves, remember they will smile, be nice and laugh with you while buying the car, but beware if you don't have it looked over very carefully...I mean VERY CAREFULLY, take it on a 30 minutes drive....and even then... I wouldn't recommend these xxxxxxxx to anyone...unless you enjoy giving money under the premise of buy a "certified car" and when something goes wrong,, not your fault, you will be left out in the cold. Apparently they don't count on return business. This is your typical used car lot....you will get exactly what they're know for...RIPPED OFF ! DON'T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS....AND LISTEN TO THE BAD ONES, SAYING EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. !

The Salesman Pedro & Frank was friendly and very informative about the vehicle I was interested in, they even show me the car fax about it, let me test drive it on my on. AC was super cold that was plus. After I had talk with the salesman I talk to a Manager Luis, he informative about the warranty which I wanted just in case. He got me out in my new car less then 30 minutes. Excellent Staff in my opinion.

Thank you to Glenn and staff for such a wonderful car buying experience. I was dreading the car buying process with my 18 year old daughter but we ended up having a great day at Alamo Car Center. They let you shop at your leisure and let you test drive as many cars as it takes to make an informed decision. The inventory is something to be desired but of course that comes with buying used cars at great prices. My daughter couldn't be happier with her choice. She loves her "new to her car". Thanks again to Glenn, you were very forthcoming about problems with certain vehicles which made us so comfortable and trusting.

This place is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I had the car for less than two weeks before it started having issues. They are not interested in hearing anything about issues as soon as you pay them. “They can’t predict what’s going to happen” after their “mechanic” says it’s ok to sell. After less then two weeks I have a car they sold me and just get an “I’m sorry I wish there was something I could do’. Sleazy shady scammers!

Never got any email nor call from the car dealership. Just terrible communication and customer service.r
