Overall, the dealership was pretty good. I did NOT like interaction on first visit with Anthony. However after leaving and visiting another dealership in the area, I came back because I like the Mazda better. Rubin was much better and actually let me test drive the suv unlike Anthony. I made the purchase at test drive. The entire process was smooth and I didn't spend all day there...maybe 2-3 hrs from start to finish. Once every thing was finalized, Rubin help set up features and My Mazda app. He gave me his contact information if I had any questions and then followed up the next day after the purchase.
