This is the best service department I've ever worked with. I had them in Elgin and I'm glad you moved here off of randal;road instead of being off of Lake Street or should I say Irving Park Road location is much better service department is the same they're fantastic. It's why I buy a Nissan pretty much the only reason
Joe took care of all my needs and even help me get a beautiful loaner.
Service was great, Joe the service advisor answered all my questions and was very attentive to our concerns.
Brought the car in for electrical problems for the 3rd time, let's see what happens now
