THE NAME SAYS IT ALL!!! I would never have imagined that a USED Car dealership would operate with such honesty and integrity!! I knew nothing about this business, but the car was posted on the CARFAX website, so I took a chance. When I called, I spoke with the owner, who told me about the vehicle and encouraged me to come in for a test drive. I met with him the following day for that test drive, and the vehicle was everything that was represented online. This company is so transparent, that they pay carfax so the customer can check all of the vehicle information prior to calling. The owner, Nasser Chehab, was thoughtful and accommodating. The AC was not as cold as I thought it should be, so he sent the car to the mechanic the next morning and had it repaired. I was not charged anything additional. I offered to pay for half, but he refused to accept it. This was the best car purchase that I have made in many years. I am so thoroughly satisfied with the car, the dealership, and this complete buying experience. If you don’t find the vehicle there that you would like, Mr. Chehab will try to find it for you. If I need another vehicle, I won’t hesitate to call My Favorite Dealer, because in reality, he has become my favorite dealer!!! There was an answering service that answered all of my calls on Sunday, and contacted the owner on my behalf. I received a call back in a short period of time. Excellent customer service!! I have been telling everyone I know about this dealership. If you need a vehicle, you owe it to yourself to give them a call. I highly recommend this company.
