My sales professional was Patrick Ajdukiewicz. My finance manager's name is not listed here. He was superb. I had a 2:00 p.m. Zoom meeting. I was out the door and took the meeting in my new vehicle. I really appreciated the transparency of the deal I made. My vehicle was clean and gassed up when I arrived.

I would have like a faster more personal service due to the car being only a week old. Not the wait your turn attitude. My wife had to work early afternoon. My decision to purchase was based on perceived Lexus quality and my dealer expectations in the handling of an any warranty covered problems. I’m not so sure of a second purchase. Maybe, maybe not.
