On August 6th, I purchased a vehicle from Grieco Nissan of Delray Beach. After closing the deal all that was left was for them to send me a text with the link to the LoJack that was already installed on the vehicle (I didn’t want it but was told they could not remove it). Today is Sept 11th and I still nothing. All I get from the Finance Manager (who was the person who was supposed to send me this info), Salesman and Customer Care manager is “I’ll call you back” and here I am still waiting……... It’s a shame it has to get to this point!

Thank you for all, fast service and very profesional. All time agent was dedicated to make easy all process. Service in Spanish was diligent by mean Mr.JC Bedoya who help us all the time. I'm not very convence to buy a new car today. Thank again Good Dealer.

I was relieved over how smoothly my Mother's car purchase went. It all began with Patrick Blanc. He followed up with my online form, i was reluctant living in NJ trying to secure a car for my Mom. He was NOT pushy, he asked. Explained our unusual situation and he dedicated his time, effort and energy to us. Constant back and forth as he kept up with my purchasing concerns. He was completely different than other dealerships I contacted because they just wanted me to come in even tho I said I'm in NJ lol. When we finally arrive, Patrick was courteous, attentive and patient. My mother is 79 and he showed her patience and respect. The dealership environment was calm and clean. She test drove a model suited for her and we returned the next day to sign for her new car! Seven long weeks, Patrick made me feel secure and assured me he would do his best. That he did.
