Worst dealership ever! Sold me a junk car and have been no help with fixing or replacing.Paid $2700 for new transmission and went out in a week.Told them car needs to be picked up and currently is location I had to leave and walk home from When you call the constantly lie and prolong any work or help on vehicle. Probably gonna lose my job because of there neglect and I highly recommend no one deals with this dealership. Same your time and money!!

Do not buy from them at all. I spent over 5000k to fix my car and picked it up and it stopped on me while driving with my infant in the car. Do you think they cared? No. Talked to richard and several other employees. Wouldnt compensate in any way. Just cared about money. Which they took my last and had to walk 30 miles home since i have no family and they didnt over any lyft or anything. I could go on and on. Just dont buy from them please!!!

Terrible customer service doesn't keep payment arrangements. My account manager was suppose to call me to set up a payment arrangement. Instead they didn't call and put my car up for repossession

This is the worst dealership ever to go to, they sell you lemons, they don't want to fix anything that's wrong with the car. Our check engine light has been on since we got it in September and they have been screwing us around every since. My wife and I have come out of pocket for everything that's wrong with this car. All the manager does, his name is Ron, is lie to people. He told us he was going to get in touch with Erica to get us a rental car, never did. We sent him all the information that we were supposed to and Ron never got back in touch with us. Whenever we called to talk to him, he was *never available ". Auto maxx is full of xxxx and I don't recommend anybody ever going to them. Auto maxx is going to keep screwing people over and they're going to get sued
