I dont like the text message for service recommendations function. It is nice but as with technology and connectivity, I do not know if my accepted or declined service has been sent through. It should be followed up with a call. I went for food right after dropping my car off. I was put on a very long hold to get the status of my service because one of the quote I asked for was not on the quote that was given. In the end, that was sorted but the super long hold was not a pleasant experience. I was not introduced to my service advisor. I drove in, went through the door, no greetings no nothing. Everyone seem to do about their own business. It would be more welcoming if someone greeted and attended to people that walk in the door instead of a customer looking to find an advisor. Also, it would be very helpful if something is damaged and needs replacement/repair, they should have picture as evidance. A picture will say a thousand words. Not everyone is a mechanic and understands what is being mentioned. That said, overall, the people are very nice and the lounge is decent.

Stepping into the dealership, I felt a mix of nerves. I was concerned about not being approved for a bank loan and finding a car that would fit my family’s needs. However, Mr. Delroy in the used car department made the process incredibly smooth. He helped me find the perfect car, and I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.
