I typically don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes that it helps others make informed decisions. I’ve had a series of frustrating and disappointing experiences with this dealership that I can’t overlook. First, I’m still waiting 5 MONTHS later on the refund for the extended warranty I purchased on my previous car (that I bought from them) — a vehicle I had for just over a year and put fewer than 10,000 miles on. It’s been far too long with no resolution, despite multiple follow-ups. Second, I found out after the deal was done that the dealership used my manufacturer rebate toward the deal without informing me. I had planned to use that rebate separately and I only agreed to the terms because I believed I still had it available.Their failure to disclose this was deceptive and manipulative. Third, within a week of getting my new vehicle, the windshield developed a large crack starting at the very top — there was no impact site or damage consistent with a rock. It was clearly a defect or stress crack, but the dealership was unwilling to offer any support. Lastly, no one was serious about working with me until just a couple of hours before closing when the owner of the lot pushed for a deal then they decided to call me. Because everything was rushed at the end, important details were missed. For example, I was told the car had wireless Apple CarPlay — a feature I specifically asked about. Turns out, it doesn’t. I only discovered this days later when trying to set it up myself. Had I known the truth upfront, it likely would have changed my purchase decision. This entire experience has been marked by lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for the customer. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. I will never return to this dealership, and I do not recommend it to anyone looking for an honest or respectful car-buying experience.
Larry was our salesman and did an excellent job showing and explaining the vehicle. Garrett did an excellent job of explaining all the paperwork involved. Then there was Tony who went far and beyond working with me on everything involved with making this sale. Overall this was a very good experience. I would give Tony "10" stars.
Very outgoing and worked with me throughout my whole vehicle purchase. Highly recommend this dealership and what they have to offer.
The easiest purchase we have ever made. Helpful, super friendly, knowledgeable, and did not waste time. Extremely fair on pricing. We were in town from Indiana and they were willing to help in any way they can. The whole staff was amazing!
